Chris, a graduate of MIT with two degrees and a veteran of four years of active-duty military service, spent over 28 years at Brush Wellman (now Materion Corp.), the world’s largest beryllium company, where he held roles ranging from Materials Engineer to Vice President of Beryllium Sales & Marketing. Over his career, he developed deep expertise in beryllium’s technical, commercial, and environmental health & safety (EH&S) aspects, particularly its use in fusion energy research for projects like JET, ITER, and DEMO. Since 2017, Chris has worked as an independent consultant through his company Be4FUSION LLC, supporting leading fusion research organizations, including ITER, UKAEA, and Kyoto Fusioneering. An active technical author, he has contributed to over 40 publications, co-authored the ITER Beryllium Management Plan, and co-invented a U.S. patent. He also serves as Vice Chair of the Beryllium Health & Safety Committee and is a longtime member of the International Organizing Committee for the International Workshop on Beryllium Technology (BeWS).

Mr. Sulik is a seasoned U.S. intelligence and security professional, with more than seven years of experience with the United States Coast Guard across a variety of security and intelligence roles. In addition, he is president of Mithril Mining Corp., a mining company focused on identifying, prospecting, exploring and developing U.S.-based critical-mineral deposits to further promote the reshoring of American critical-mineral mining. Through Mithril Mining Corp., Mr. Sulik is a member of the Critical Minerals Forum, the New American Industrial Alliance, the Defense Industrial Base Consortium and 47G, a Utah based industrial alliance focused on making Utah the nation’s premier ecosystem for aerospace, defense, and critical material companies. Additionally, he has served as a Strategic Advisor to American Tungsten, a Canadian-based company working to develop the IMA Mine, a past producing Tungsten mine located in East Central, Idaho, United States. Beyond his Coast Guard and mining experience, Mr. Sulik has also served in a variety of strategy, operational and intelligence roles for, Hewlett Packard Enterprise, Allied Universal and Constellis. He is also currently pursuing his master's degree at the Naval War College in Newport, R.I., focusing his research and studies on national defense and strategic studies.

David has over 30 years of experience as a geologist in the energy, minerals and environmental industries. He was part of the first successful secondary oil recovery project in the Uintah Basin of Utah as well as with other target areas in the basin. He has developed and managed the mitigation and remediation of hazardous waste sites across the United States. Dave also oversaw operations for a US$42 million/year multinational publishing company with offices in Canada, USA, UK, Mexico and Australia. Most recently he created the interactive exploration portal "ExplorationGeology.com" and the geologic mapping tool Pika Card "Pika-Card.com" to advance experiential knowledge in exploration. David is a certified California Professional Geologist with the Board for Professional Engineers, Land Surveyors and Geologist (CAPG, #GEO8913) and a Certified Professional Geologist by the American Institute of Professional Geologists (CPG, #MEM1685), and as such is a Qualified Person under NI 43-101 for review of technical information on the Company website and for publicly-disseminated documents.

Mr. Weicker is a geologist with more than thirty years of experience in all aspects of the minerals exploration and mining industry. Mr. Weicker has worked for both major (Asarco, Noranda, Lac Minerals) and junior mining companies and has his own independent consulting company specializing in exploration, management and administrative roles. His experience includes development and production of the largest gold mine in Canada, development and production of an open pit zinc operation, development of an underground gold mine, and numerous exploration projects for precious, base, and industrial metals. He has authored or co-authored prefeasibility studies, feasibility studies, assessment reports, valuation studies, 43-101 reports (both domestically and internationally) and technical reports and reviews for the TSX-Venture and AIM exchanges.

Dr. Bursik has over 30 years experience mapping and studying volcanoes and volcanic rocks, the source of lithium, around the world, including in the Azores, Portugal; Kamchatka, USSR/Russia; Colombia, Mexico and El Salvador, as well as in the western US. He received his PhD in geology from Caltech studying the volcanic and tectonic geology of the Mono Lake/Long Valley caldera area of the Basin and Range province. He has worked as a consultant and on boards for numerous projects in the mineral exploration, public utilities, defense and aerospace industries. He has authored over 120 refereed journal articles and book chapters on volcanoes and tectonics, and is a Life Member of the scholarly society for the study of volcanoes, the International Association of Volcanology and Chemistry of the Earth's Interior.

Mr. Watson, B.Sc., P.Eng., has over 50 years of experience in exploration, finance, development, and operations in the mining industry. Mr. Watson has spent his career in the junior mining sector, notably serving as Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Lynx Canada Exploration Ltd. until 1985, then as CEO for Freewest Resources Inc. until its acquisition by Noranda in 1994. He then served as CEO of Freewest Resources Canada Inc. until its acquisition by Cliffs Natural Resources in 2010. Mac is the first person to receive the Bill Dennis Award for a Canadian Discovery and/or prospecting success twice: first in 1991 for numerous discoveries, and again in 2009 as part of the team responsible for chromite discoveries in the Ring of Fire. He also holds the Quebec Prospector of the Year Award in 1992 for his participation in the discovery of the Pusticamica and Verneuil gold deposits in Quebec. In January 2015, Mr. Watson was inducted into the Canadian Mining Hall of Fame.

Lindsay has over 45 years of experience in international exploration and development, most recently focused on epithermal gold and porphyry copper-gold exploration in the American Cordillera and Central Asia. Lindsay has been a former officer or director of more than 20 public companies, including Entree Resources and Richfield Ventures. While with Entree he was closely involved in the discovery and definition drilling of both the Hugo North Extended and Heruga Cu-Au porphyry systems in the Oyu Tolgoi camp of Mongolia, and acquisition of the Ann Mason Cu porphyry deposit in Nevada. He was a founding director of Richfield Ventures which acquired and developed the Blackwater gold deposit in BC prior to its sale to New Gold for approx. $500 million.
