Paula Caldwell St-Onge
Director
Ms. Caldwell St-Onge is an experienced Ambassador with over 30 years in the public sector. Skilled in international relations and trade, governance issues, political risk, sustainable development, community engagement and environmental sciences. She is a strong Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) professional with a Masters in Business Administration (MBA) focussed in Leadership and Sustainability and a BSc (Honours) from Queen's University. Ms. Caldwell St-Onge also has an Institute of Corporate Directors Designation (ICD.D) from the University of Toronto.
Ms. Caldwell St-Onge also brings significant mining sector governance experience. She has served as an independent director of publicly listed mining companies including Calibre Mining Corp. and Teranga Gold Corporation, and currently serves as an independent director of STRACON, a leading mining services provider. Her board experience also includes leadership roles with a clean technology accelerator, and she is the Chair of the Canada-Africa Chamber of Business.

Mr. Ho is a chartered professional accountant working at Cross Davis & Company LLP, a chartered professional accountant firm providing accounting services to publicly listed entities, primarily in the mining sector. Mr. Ho works directly with mining chief executive officers and directors, assisting with their regulatory and accounting needs.

Danae Voormeij
Chief Geologist
Ms. Voormeij is an exploration geologist with over twenty years of hands-on experience exploring for gold and copper in Africa, South Pacific and the Americas. She led the geological team that discovered a multi-million gold deposit at Dugbe, in Liberia, West Africa, for AIM-listed Hummingbird Resources, and she is a board member with Miata Metals and with Sky Gold Corp.
Tim Twomey

Technical Advisor
Tim is a registered Professional Geoscientist (Ontario) with over 40 years of exploration, production and management expertise. He is an accomplished expert in structural geology and Archean lode gold deposits, particularly within the Red Lake District. Tim played a key role in the discovery, development and production of Goldcorp’s High-Grade Zone, which is one of the most important gold discoveries made in the last 30 years. He was most recently Principal Geologist for Yamana Gold Inc, based out of Thunder Bay. Previously, he was Vice-President of Exploration for Premier Gold Mines Limited, where he directed the exploration of the Hardrock Gold Project in Geraldton, Ontario, from its inception in 2008. Prior to this Tim was Senior Exploration Geologist with Goldcorp in the Red Lake Gold Camp where he worked from 1994 to 2008.
Mackenzie (Mac) Watson
Technical Advisor
Mr. Watson, B.Sc., P.Eng., has over 50 years of experience in exploration, finance, development, and operations in the mining industry. Mr. Watson has spent his career in the junior mining sector, notably serving as Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Lynx Canada Exploration Ltd. until 1985, then as CEO for Freewest Resources Inc. until its acquisition by Noranda in 1994. He then served as CEO of Freewest Resources Canada Inc. until its acquisition by Cliffs Natural Resources in 2010. Mac is the first person to receive the Bill Dennis Award for a Canadian Discovery and/or prospecting success twice: first in 1991 for numerous discoveries, and again in 2009 as part of the team responsible for chromite discoveries in the Ring of Fire. He also holds the Quebec Prospector of the Year Award in 1992 for his participation in the discovery of the Pusticamica and Verneuil gold deposits in Quebec. In January 2015, Mr. Watson was inducted into the Canadian Mining Hall of Fame.
Robert Weicker
Technical Advisor
Mr. Weicker is a geologist with more than thirty years of experience in all aspects of the minerals exploration and mining industry. Mr. Weicker has worked for both major (Asarco, Noranda, Lac Minerals) and junior mining companies and has his own independent consulting company specializing in exploration, management and administrative roles. His experience includes development and production of the largest gold mine in Canada, development and production of an open pit zinc operation, development of an underground gold mine, and numerous exploration projects for precious, base, and industrial metals. He has authored or co-authored prefeasibility studies, feasibility studies, assessment reports, valuation studies, 43-101 reports (both domestically and internationally) and technical reports and reviews for the TSX-Venture and AIM exchanges.
